With online statements, you can view or download them whenever you want. Log on and know that your accounts and transactions are safe. If you're a Premier customer withaccounts in other countries/ territories, you can see them all side-by-side in Online Banking. Paying your bills can now be more convenient through online banking, directly from your Current/ Savings Account or Credit Card. A more secure and easier way to bank online We integrate message and some services you can request online. You can check messages or send us new message to request for some banking services through Secure message service. How to check your secure mailbox Step 1: Log on Online Banking. In the ‘Quick links’ menu, select “Secure messages” icon. Step 2: On the left hand side of ‘Secure message’ page, you can read the messages generated from our systems. How to request banking service through Secure message Step 1: Log on Online Banking. In the ‘Quick links’ menu, select “Secure messages” icon. Step 2: In ‘Secure message’ page, click on “Send us a message” Step 3: Select the service you want to request from drop-down list. Fill-in all required information in the message template then click on "Send“. Do not leave mandatory fields blank, otherwise your request will not be proceeded. The only thing that changes is the way you receive them. And if you ever need a paper copy of a statement, you can give us a call or visit us at your local branch to request one. Log on to use our online banking service What are the changes to the logon process? You will no longer require to use your primary password to log on to HSBC Online Banking. Old way to log on: To log on to HSBC Online Banking, you need to enter your username, primary password and your security code generated by your security device. New way to log on: You will only need to enter your username and then your security code generated by security device. Why am I no longer required to log on with my primary password? The primary password has been removed to provide you a simpler, faster, yet just as secure Logon experience with your Security Device. Rest assured, your security and the Online Banking functionality will not be compromised at any time. However, as we are continuously upgrading Online Banking features, you will still need to set up a new primary password while registering for HSBC Online Banking. How do I set up a PIN for the first time? Press and hold the green button for 2 seconds to turn on the device. Enter a new 6 digit PIN at your choice using the keypad. To delete your input, please press the green button. Press the yellow button to complete the first PIN entry. “NEW PIN CONF” will be displayed for 2 seconds, please confirm the new PIN by re-entering it. If the PIN input is successful, “HSBC” will be displayed. I'm having trouble logging on to Personal Online Banking. What should I do? If you have registered with Online Banking and you can't log in, first double-check you entered your details correctly are able to connect to the internet. If you still can't log on, please take note of the error message and call our Contact Centre. Where can I find the full transaction details on the new version? The full transaction narrative is collapsed by default on the new platform. On the Account History page, please click the arrow on the right of Balance to expand the transaction narrative.
